Our company's testing cycle is 6-8 working days, and the component analysis cycle is 8-10 working days (2-3 working days for the testing cycle of the emergency experiment, which needs to pay for the urgent expenses), but the following circumstances will lead to the prolongation of the testing cycle:

1）For special tests, samples should be placed in standard rooms or pretreated.

2）Unscheduled single account payment.

3）The sample size is insufficient and needs to be replenished.

4）Other non-human factors.

5）Some special tests, such as aging and SSC tests, are calculated on a daily basis because of their long duration and continuity.

Customer service personnel will communicate with customers in time for any problems.
